Zinc-carbon batteries have a lower voltage curve over their entire service life than alkaline batteries.

This battery is suitable for all 9-volt battery-powered electric fence energisers and has been developed to meet the highest demands.

Environmental friendliness is important to us. Our battery is free of mercury and cadmium, and the disposal fee is already included in the price. Each battery is supplied with connection cables, which means that no additional accessories are required for connection to the electric fence.

The batteries cannot be recharged. Please note that a battery with a voltage of 5.5 V is exhausted and should be disposed of. However, our batteries can be stored for up to two years without any significant loss of capacity. The best before date is stamped on the top of the battery casing.

Operating a electric fence energiser with battery and solar panel:
The device can be operated via the panel during the day if there is sufficient sunlight.
At night, operation is via your 9 V battery.
