We offer you a one-time opportunity to extend your standard warranty by 1 year. To take advantage of this offer, simply register your fence energizer using the form below.

Upon registration, you will receive a free 1-year warranty extension in addition to the standard coverage. Registration must be completed within 3 months of the purchase date. If the purchase was made more than 3 months ago, registration will no longer be possible, and the right to the extension will expire.

Terms and Conditions for the Electric Fencing Warranty Extension

How long do I have to register my device?

You can apply for a warranty extension for your electric fence energizer by registering it online via the registration form. Registration must be completed within a maximum of three months from the date of purchase.

When can I benefit from the additional warranty?

The additional one-year warranty is granted upon providing proof of purchase and a valid product registration. Both documents must be included with the device if it is sent in for repair.

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Lightning strikes

  • Water damage

  • Oxidation

  • Acids

How does registration affect my additional warranty?

Upon successful registration, your fence energizer is covered by an additional one-year warranty, which is added to the standard warranty period specified on the product packaging. During the extended warranty period, you can send the device for repair free of charge. If a repair is not possible, we offer the option to rent a replacement device.

Which countries are covered by the warranty extension campaign?

The promotion is valid worldwide, regardless of the country where the Horizont energizer was purchased. You can register your product for a warranty extension free of charge. The additional warranty will be honored during repairs upon presentation of proof of purchase and proof of registration.

Where can I find the serial number of my energizer?

The serial number is located on a separate sticker on the back or side of the energizer, near other technical data. Depending on the model, the serial number is located in the area indicated in the attached diagram. To register your device for the warranty extension, please enter this number into the registration form.

Keep your proof of purchase – Take a photo!

Immediately after purchasing your horizont electric fence energizer and registering it for the warranty extension, we recommend taking a photo of your receipt or invoice. Paper receipts can fade over time, making the text unreadable.

To benefit from the extended warranty, you must provide:

  • A legible proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • The proof of registration that you will receive after registering your energizer online.

Keeping a digital copy of your proof of purchase will ensure your peace of mind and protection for the future.
